Partnering with parents, to teach our children to know, love, and serve God
We offer a safe, loving, and fun environment for kids to learn God’s Word and grow in relationship with Him. We are confident your children will have a great time and meet new friends! We have classes during both our 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services on Sunday mornings, nursery through 5th grade.
We plan to have fun, sing songs, make crafts, play games, laugh and enjoy one another all with a very intentional purpose. Our desire is to partner with parents, to teach our children to know, love, and serve God. We believe children are capable of knowing Jesus in a deep way. Our heart is that all children who attend HopeKids on a weekly basis will engage in Christ-centered lessons and will have a solid foundation of the Christian faith. We believe that when kids experience the Gospel they will be changed.
The first Sunday of each month is Family Sunday! On these Sundays, we have children in 1st grade and above remain in the main service. Worship and the message are intentionally planned to better connect with the entire family on these Sundays. Research shows that parents are the greatest influencers in a child’s spiritual growth, even during the teen years. With the long-range goal of our children remaining in the faith and fellowship for the rest of their lives- come worship with us!
Check in begins 20 minutes before each service and classrooms open 15 minutes before the service starts.
If you’re visiting for the first time, our check in team will help you sign in to our check-in system, where you and your child(ren) will receive security stickers. You must present your portion of the security sticker at pickup before we release your child (nursery-3rd grade).
Once you have been entered in our system you may use the self check in or go to the check-in table for your name tag(s) and security tag each week.
Children in the 4th and 5th grade class will need to be checked in and will join their family in the worship service. After the worship music, 4th and 5th graders will be dismissed to go to class. At the end of class, teachers will dismiss the children and will not require a parent to pick them up.
Special Needs Ministry
We are in the beginning stages of establishing HopeKids Special Needs Ministry for children with special needs who are ages 3 years old – 5th grade. Please contact us so we can develop a plan to best support your child while being part of HopeKids.
Several of our kids have food allergies. Please do not let your children bring any food into their classrooms. We would love for your family to join us for donuts prior to the service (8:30-9:00 and 10:15-10:45), but we ask that children not bring donuts into the classrooms.
We provide a snack of goldfish or cheerios. Please let the check-in team and your children’s teachers know if they have any food restrictions.
(Most Wednesdays, September – April)
5:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. Cubbies for preschool children ages 4-5, Sparks for grades K-2nd, Truth & Training for grades 3-6
