CarePortal
CarePortal is a ministry platform that connects churches with vetted, real-time needs of vulnerable children and families identified by schools, social workers, foster care agencies, and other community professionals. When a need is submitted—such as a bed for a child or groceries for a struggling family—local churches have the opportunity to respond and provide practical support while also building meaningful relationships with those they serve. CarePortal allows churches to be the hands and feet of Jesus in their own communities, meeting tangible needs while offering hope, encouragement, and connection. Getting involved is a powerful way to make a direct impact on families in crisis, strengthen partnerships within the community, and demonstrate Christ’s love through action.
At Hope, there are two ways you can get involved.
- You can donate money directly to our Hope Cares CarePortal Fund or fund specific needs
- You can sign up to be a Hope Cares Responder and be part of delivering items to those in need
If you have any questions, you can contact our CarePortal leader Mary Jones at marycbjones@yahoo.com.
